Why MatchPace: There are lots of big, tricky problems in the world. (I bet you’re working on one of them!) To solve those challenges, we need people’s best energy and attention. But the way we work isn’t working. Our current model wrings people (including you!) of energy and creativity - it’s counterproductive to your goals AND hurts your team. We have to reimagine how we work. Our mission, and our collective future, depends on it!

Favorite Hobby: Walks at the National Arboretum with my family and working on hard problems - at a sustainable pace (both walking and solving problems!) 

Favorite Place I've Volunteered: Ang Bahay Parola, an organization in Manila in the Philippines dedicated to furthering the development of Filipino street children. I lived in Manila for 7 months nearly 15 years ago, but part of my heart has been there ever since.  

Professional Experience: Analyst, management consultant, and financial executive. Started MatchPace is 2016.

Professional Qualifications: Masters in Public Administration (MPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Graduate Certificate in Applied Conflict Resolution, Certified Professional Diversity Coach

The People I Love: My husband, 4 little people, and a cat; and a wonderful village of family, siblings, and friends!
