Who is the Aligned Leaders Program for?

What makes Aligned Leaders different from other leadership programs?

We have a unique two-fold approach to leadership development, offering strategies and tools for both you as an individual and as a leader in your organization.

Aligned Leaders leverages the power of group coaching, providing an opportunity for you to learn from other leaders facing similar challenges.

 

What is the time commitment and schedule?

You will participate in seven 75-minute sessions over the course of 11 weeks, as well as two individual coaching sessions. We recommend blocking off at least half an hour after each session for processing and reflection. For some sessions, there will be approximately 30-60 minutes of preparation. We strongly encourage you make space to fully participate so that you get the most out of every session.

 

What does the program cost?

The Aligned Leaders cohort is a professional development opportunity that employers can invest in for their team members and the cost is $4,000. If you are self-enrolled, there is a $1,500 discount, making enrollment $2,500. The Aligned Leaders program not only makes you more sustainably effective in your work, but also gives you tools to help your team work more effectively, combat burnout, and reduce turnover in your organization.

 

Who will be in my cohort?

Each Aligned Leaders cohort includes a maximum of 8 leaders at similar points in their career, ensuring space and time for relationship-building among peers. These leaderswill come from different backgrounds, industries and roles and live in different places, but all will face similar challenges leading their organization while maintaining a sustainable working pace. The leaders in the cohort are deeply committed to their professional lives and their personal lives. You will receive contact information for each person in your cohort as well as the opportunity to participate in a private LinkedIn group for ongoing camaraderie and support.

How to know it’s time to realign

Bringing your professional goals into alignment with your whole self isn’t a “once and done” process. It takes intentional, ongoing effort to realign each season with the right working pace.

Cohort members will gain strategies and tools for setting and maintaining their optional pace in alignment with their whole self, which can be implemented again and again throughout your career.
