How long does the Team ChronoPace take? It will take about a month for the whole process. We’ll have an intake call, send a brief survey to your team, and then create a customized report with your Team ChronoPace results and host a half-day seminar to explore ways to help your team work better together.

What is required of individual team members? Each team member will take a brief 5-minute survey, attend the half-day seminar, and make some small adjustments to how they work that will increase their focus and decrease their stress, conflict and burnout.

What tools do team or organizational leaders receive based on individual ChronoPace results? Leaders will receive an individual ChronoPace report to understand their own pace, calendars that show peak times for their teammates, customized conversation starters to facilitate dialogue on how their team can align around their peak times better, and personalized recommendations for moving activities into more optimal times based on peak and non-peak working hours.

How does this help you work with people in different time zones?
